Tech Soft 3D, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Tech Soft 3D”, “we”, “our”, “us”), has prepared this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information and data when a user (“User”, “you” “your”) use our Tech Soft 3D, Tetra4D, or other Tech Soft 3D websites displaying this Privacy Policy (“Site”) and any other services offered by Tech Soft 3D. Sensitive Personal Information. We may collect certain information considered “sensitive” under applicable privacy laws, such as your account log-in and password, payment card or financial account information, and geolocation. We do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes beyond those permitted by applicable law (such as providing the Services to you, securing our systems, or complying with the law) without providing you with a right to limit such use or disclosure. We do not use Sensitive Personal Information for purposes subject to the right to limit. We do not sell or share Sensitive Personal Information and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you. If we ever use SPI for additional purposes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” option.

Personal Information Sources

We may collect personal information from the following sources:

• Directly from you including when you create an account, visit or use the Services, communicate with us, or otherwise provide us with your personal information;

• Automatically through the Services including from your device when you use our products or services or visit our websites, and through the use of cookies and similar technologies;

We use your Personal Information to provide you with the Services, including to perform our contract with you, to process your payments, to fulfill your orders, to send notifications to you related to your account, to create, maintain and otherwise manage your account, notify you of new products or services, and otherwise communicate with you about Tech Soft 3D. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information found on these sites. Information you provide on public or semi-public venues, including information you share on third-party social networking platforms may also be viewable by other users of the Services and/or users of those third-party platforms without limitation as to its use by us or by a third party. Our inclusion of such links does not, by itself, imply any endorsement of the content on such platforms or of their owners or operators, except as disclosed on the Services.

Children's Data

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 18. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the contact details set out below to request that it be deleted. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we “share” or “sell” (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Managing Your Information Preferences

You can review, correct, update, or change your Personal Information or opt out of receiving certain emails by changing the relevant settings in your account, by emailing us at info@techsoft3d.com, by writing to us at the corporate address set forth on the Site, or by following the unsubscribe instructions included in many of the emails that Tech Soft 3D sends. You are able to opt out of receiving marketing emails from us; however, you cannot opt out of receiving all emails from us, such as emails about the status of your account. Security and Retention of Your Information

Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee “perfect security.” In addition, any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise required by law. In general, we retain:

• Transaction and payment records – for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

• Marketing information – until you opt out or request deletion.

• Customer support communications – for up to 3 years after your inquiry is resolved.

Please note that if you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal enabled, depending on where you are, we will automatically treat this as a request to opt-out for the browser or device that you use to visit the website. Other than the Global Privacy Control, we do not recognize other “Do Not Track” signals that may be sent from your web browser or device. We also honor legally recognized universal opt-out mechanisms where required (for example, under the privacy laws of Colorado, Connecticut, and Oregon). When we can associate such a signal with your account, we will apply it to your account preferences.

• Managing Communication Preferences. We may send you promotional emails, and you may opt out of receiving these at any time by using the unsubscribe option displayed in our emails to you. We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out by: (i) emailing us at dpo@techsoft3d.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”, and (ii) enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor as an opt-out request for that browser or device.

Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Financial Incentives. We do not offer programs that provide a price or service difference in exchange for personal information. If we do in the future, we will provide a required notice and opt-in.

Authorized Agents. You may designate an authorized agent to make privacy rights requests on your behalf. We will require proof that the agent has been validly authorized to act on your behalf and may also ask you to verify your identity directly with us before fulfilling the request.

We will respond to your request in a timely manner as required under applicable law.

Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us at dpo@techsoft3d.com with the subject line “Privacy Rights Appeal.” We will review your appeal and respond within the timeframe required by your state law (e.g., 45 days in Colorado, 60 days in Virginia and Connecticut), or as otherwise required.

Profiling and Automated Decision-Making. We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you (such as decisions about credit, employment, housing, or healthcare). If we ever begin using personal information for such profiling, we will provide notice and any rights required by law, including the ability to opt out.

Your State Privacy Rights

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information. California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of the Site that are California residents to request twice per year certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia each provide their state residents with rights to:

• Confirm whether we process their personal information.

• Access and delete certain personal information.

• Data portability.

• Opt-out of personal data processing for targeted advertising and sales.

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. Residents who wish to exercise this sale opt-out right may submit a request using the contact details provided below. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.

If you are a resident of California, the CCPA provides you with additional rights, as described in the CCPA Privacy Policy/Notice to California Residents below.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the contact details provided below. We will respond to appeals from Virginia and Connecticut residents within 60 days. We will respond to appeals from Colorado residents within 45 days.

If you submit a consumer privacy request on behalf of another person permitted under applicable law, you must verify your legal authority to act on behalf of that person, and your identity and the identity of the other person, to our satisfaction before we can fulfill your request.

CCPA Privacy Policy/Notice to California Residents

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the “CCPA”) provides California residents certain rights regarding their Personal Information (as defined below) that we, collect about you the Consumer (as defined below).

For the purposes of this CCPA Privacy Policy/Notice of Collection (“CCPA Privacy Policy”), a Consumer is defined as an individual residing in the State of California including visitors to our website, visitors to a TECH SOFT 3D site and those who are acting as a job applicant to TECH SOFT 3D (collectively the “Consumer”).

The CCPA defines Personal Information as information that identifies, describes, or could reasonably be linked with the Consumer (“Personal Information”). TECH SOFT 3D is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our Consumers and this CCPA Privacy Policy serves to inform you of the categories of Personal Information that we collect, at or before the time of collection, and the purposes for which those categories of Personal Information are used. Requests received by email must be received from the email address on file. Please note that deletion of Personal Information will not ensure the permanent removal of such Personal Information from our systems. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Tech Soft 3D specifically does not sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by Tech Soft 3D for the exercise of your privacy rights conferred by applicable law. We offer no financial incentives for the collection, retention, or use or disclosure of your Personal Information. We delete or de-identify data when it’s no longer needed, subject to legal holds.

Your Rights and Choices The CCPA provides Consumers with specific rights regarding their Personal Information. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.

Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights. You have the right to request access to your Personal Information that Tech Soft 3D has collected over the past 12 months.

Delete and Correct my Personal Information. You have the right to request that Tech Soft 3D delete any of the Personal Information and to correct any Personal Information that we have collected from you subject to certain exceptions. If we cannot comply with your request, we will explain the reasons why in our response.

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable Consumer request related to your Personal Information. If using a legally authorized agent, we reserve the right to require verification of your authorized agent’s identity and authority. You may only make a verifiable Consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable Consumer request must:

• Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or their authorized representative. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable Consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Personal Information Sales and Share Opt-Out. We do not sell your Personal Information. You have the right to direct us not to share your Personal Information at any time (the “Right to Opt-Out”). Please see the “Managing Your Information Preferences” section of this Privacy Policy above for additional information.

Timing and Format for Tech Soft 3D’s Response. We will respond to a verified Consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time to respond (up to 90 days), we will inform you in writing of the reason we need the extension period. All disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the receipt of the verified Consumer request. We do not charge a fee for verified Consumer requests, except for as provided by the CCPA.

Right to Amend CCPA Privacy Policy This CCPA Privacy Policy supplements the information contained in the other sections of Tech Soft 3D’s Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to amend this CCPA Privacy Policy at our own discretion and at any time. When we do, we will post the updated CCPA Privacy Policy and revise the date at the bottom of this page. We encourage you to frequently check this page to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the Personal Information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this CCPA Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of any modifications.

Other Transfers

We may share Personal Information and Usage Data with businesses controlling, controlled by, or under common control with Tech Soft 3D.
