HOOPS Communicator 2024
Streamlined Editing WorkFlows for Light and Colors
In our HOOPS Communicator 2024 update, we've improved the light and color editing workflow. Now, you can effortlessly adjust light and color settings and save these preferences by serializing them to a file. When you revisit your project, these settings are automatically applied, significantly streamlining your workflow and saving valuable time.
Improved Tesselation of IFC Files
We’ve added a new import option, fc_new_tessellation, allowing users to generate improved tessellations for IFC files. This update also includes improved visibility of both lines and edges within the viewer.
HOOPS Visualize 2024
HOOPS Luminate Bridge
We released our photo-realistic graphics SDK, HOOPS Luminate, with our HOOPS 2024 release. We’re also proud to announce the release of our dynamic bridge between HOOPS Luminate and HOOPS Visualize. This bridge allows users to bring photo-realistic rendering to their native applications.
Point Cloud Workflow Enhancement
The HOOPS Visualize 2024 release includes improvements to point cloud workflows. Our out-of-core engine enables you to efficiently manage and process large point cloud data sets. In addition, we’ve made data access and preparation quicker by removing the need for a preprocessor executable. You can now import and process point clouds directly with the HOOPS Visualize API.
Measurement Visibility
HOOPS Visualize 2024 includes improvements for better measurement visibility control. Now, when displaying, isolating, or concealing components, you can decide if the related measurements should stay visible. This offers more control over your application's functionality, ensuring essential data remains in view when necessary so you can easily navigate complex assemblies full of measurements.

The HOOPS Exchange 2024 update enables you to extract useful insights from CATIA V5 publications by identifying references for various entities, including geometry, topology, features, attributes, and annotations.
New Usability API
Introducing our revolutionary new usability API. Experience seamless navigation of model files with ease due to the standardized tree structure. Our API simplifies and enhances usability, making accessing and interpreting data easier.
JT: Support for Incremental Loading
The JT format now has support for loading struct only and incremental load workflows. The incremental load for the JT format also includes support for JT monolithic files, which gives users more flexibility in managing and loading their JT files.
HOOPS Publish 2024
HP Highlight Mode enhancement
The new HOOPS Publish 2024 update comes with advanced features that allow you to set up highlighting properties for your data model scenarios. With this feature, you can easily highlight objects shown in the 3D annotation from a selection made in a list. The update also includes other enhancements such as setting highlight color, transparency level, blinking mode, and more.
New A3DPDF3DArtworkAddResourceFromFile() API
This API now allows the addition of a resource to 3D artwork. The resource can be consumed by 3D JavaScript to dynamically add geometry to the 3D model.
