Using Tech Soft 3D Logos

Generally, Tech Soft 3D and Autodesk product logos are required by the License and Distribution Agreement to be used in splash screens, documentation, packaging and promotional materials of integrator products. These logos, logotypes, signatures and design marks are valuable assets that Tech Soft 3D needs to protect. Accordingly, we ask that our business partners, customers and other third parties follow the guidelines below with respect to Tech Soft 3D and Autodesk logos.

This kit includes:

• TS3D_logotype (zip): Suitable for use on your website.
• Built with HOOPS Logos (zip): Use within your install shield or any marketing purposes.
• Powered by RealDWG Logos (zip): Use within your install shield or any marketing purposes.

Tech Soft 3D reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify permission to display any Tech Soft 3D Logo, and may request that third parties modify or delete any use of these Logos that, in Tech Soft 3D’s sole judgment, do not comply with the guidelines, or might otherwise impair Tech Soft 3D’s logo rights. We expressly reserve the right to revoke the right granted in this clause for breach of these Terms of Use and to take any action we deem appropriate. You shall fully indemnify us for any loss or damage suffered by us or any of our group companies for breach of this clause.

The Built with HOOPS logo is required to be used per Section 5.3 of the Tech Soft 3D Software License and Distribution Agreement. Specifically, customers shall state in their advertising, marketing materials and packaging that the integrated product contains the specific TS3D product. Customers must adhere to the following conditions:

1. You do not remove, distort or otherwise alter the size or appearance of our logos.
2. You do not create a frame or any other browser or border environment around the site.
3. You do not in any way imply Tech Soft 3D endorsement of any products or services other than our own products and services.
4. You do not misrepresent your relationship with us nor present any other false information about us.
5. You do not otherwise use any of our trademarks displayed on the site without our prior express written permission.
6. Your website does not contain content that is distasteful, offensive or controversial towards us or any third party.
7. Your website does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person or otherwise does not comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. You do not replicate the home page of our website.
9. You do not in any way use, imitate, or play off of Tech Soft 3D corporate taglines. Tech Soft 3D taglines are reserved for exclusive use by Tech Soft 3D.
