8 Reasons Why Developers Switch to HOOPS

We know the thought of ripping out your graphics system, even to replace it with a market-proven sub-system like HOOPS, can make even the bravest development company nervous. That's why we canvassed our clients to find out why THEY chose to make the switch.

Reasons 6, 7 & 8:
6. Expand Hardware and Platform Coverage
7. Leverage Tech Soft's Future-Focused R&D
8. Improve Graphics Stability

What's the #1 Reason? Read for yourself!

CLIENT FOCUS

shapespace_logo.jpgShapeSpace has made it easier to locate engineering components in large CAD databases - and they used HOOPS to do it! Their innovative new product, PartBrowser - a 3D model search-engine, was quickly developed on the HOOPS application framework to allow users to catalogue, search and browse CAD models based on shape.

“At ShapeSpace we are always looking for ways to improve the visualization of our search results in PartBrowser. HOOPS gave us the ability to rapidly prototype new ideas and quickly test their functionality and usability. By using HOOPS we were able to get PartBrowser to market quickly, be confident in its stability over numerous graphics cards and drivers, and have impressive rendering performance.”
Dr. Andrew Sherlock
Managing Director of ShapeSpace, Ltd.
