Learning, Discussing and Prototyping at HOOPS Visualize Training

We just completed another great HOOPS Visualize training at our Berkeley engineering office – and I would go so far as to say the best one ever. We had several international companies that service the construction industry in attendance. One attendee braved 50 hours of flying and layovers to join us!
It was a fun but productive four day training, fueled by food-cart burgers and copious shots of espresso. We were still hard at work coding on Friday long after we should’ve been starting our weekends.
The attendees’ construction background underscores the appeal of HOOPS Visualize, our graphics engine, for BIM and Facility Management (FM). HOOPS Visualize is a good solution for these industries because it can be deployed across a variety of systems both application and web-based. It’s both lightweight and powerful. We see a lot of interest in streaming data as well as data on mobile devices – having data anytime, anywhere in 3D.
Overall, it’s great to be working side-by-side with our customers. It’s exciting to see our toolkits at work within awesome, innovative new products. Can’t wait to see the final result.
