Since Day One Ron has been involved with every element of the business side of TS3D. In the boot-strap start-up phase Ron served as accountant, sales manager, hr manager, shipping clerk, marketing content creator and chief customer advocate. It wasn't that he was good at all of those things, it was just that, well, there really wasn't anyone else to do it!

Thankfully, many of his early roles are now filled by competent professionals and Ron is free to focus on growing Tech Soft's
business. As head of the Business Development Team, Ron now oversees all TS3D's sales, marketing and partnership activities. As a key member of the management team Ron works tirelessly on TS3D's business strategy, with a particular focus on keeping the company's 4 key metrics growing: Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, Revenue and Profit.

Some of the upsides of Ron's job include piling up airline miles at a prodigious rate, drinking far too much hotel coffee and risking permanent thumb damage through ceaselessly hammering on his Treo. You'll find Ron at conferences, visiting customers, working with partners around the globe and trying not to spill coffee on his laptop in some airport lounge.

When not working Ron enjoys playing, watching and coaching soccer with his 3 children, lounging on his back deck with his wife and friends, mountain biking, snowboarding and running.
