Marketing Communications Manager

Melle has been working in the international marketing field for over 17 years. She holds degrees in graphic design, global communications and film and has a broad range of real-world experience in all areas. Her strength is in leading teams to develop and implement marketing projects within a strict deadline, which often includes bossing around Ron and Gavin, an aspect of her job that she thoroughly enjoys.

Despite years of encouragement to move to Bend, Melle has steadfastly refused to leave her beach in the thriving metropolis of Los Angeles where she resides with her husband and their cat, Sobaka (which means "dog" in Russian). Despite late nights in front of the computer, Melle still manages to spend ample time either at the beach boogie boarding or in the mountains snowboarding, it just depends on the season.
