David Sachitano Joining Tech Soft during the “Great Influx of 2005”, where the TS3D R&D team underwent a significant expansion - David brings to the company an intense desire to provide our customers with the best products and service possible. His secondary mission is to ensure he looks incredibly willing and able to the management team. David’s third goal is to win the prized “hippest dresser” award at Tech Soft. He’s been told that if he succeeds at his first goal (so far, so good) he will inevitably succeed with the second. While his third goal may appear lofty, the fact that the fashion bar is set so low should help. Management had no comment on his fashion status but did confirm his apparent capability as a programmer. David has worked extensively on HOOPS/Qt Integration, expanding OSX support, and helping HOOPS customers solve their problems. He also periodically sneaks over to Warren’s desk to hijack some of the food, which is haphazardly stashed there. Born and raised in Portland, OR and educated at Purdue University, David now resides in Oakland and is enjoying it tremendously. When not writing code or responding to e-mails, he keeps himself busy with trail running, cycling, and listening to an ever expanding collection of records. |
