Before moving to the Bay Area, Carol studied philosophy at Northwestern University hoping to apply for a Ph.D. She completed her thesis on Emmanuel Kant’s proofs on the existence of physical objects after which she was thoroughly convinced – that physical objects exist and that five more years of this could drive her crazy.

As Operations Coordinator at Tech Soft, she looks forward to one day being able to deconstruct contracts, terms and conditions under Ivan’s expertise (as a philosophy degree might prove to be useful after all.) For now she is happy just to learn all the names of all the customers in Tech Soft’s impressive filing system.

On her free time, Carol enjoys more simple delights like acting, running along the Bay, hot sauce, and IPA beer.
